Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair within Walmart facilities' Refrigeration HVAC equipment team. You will utilize commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills with hand and power tools to complete jobs in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires extensive experience, EPA refrigerant certification, a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, and the ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills.
• Receive and document repair Work Orders to support Stores and Store associates.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations as per Walmart policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights frequently.
