Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience and strong program management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in managing multiple programs/projects with effective time management and cross-functional influence.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, equipment, and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support for refrigeration sites across assigned geography.
• Manage multiple complex projects and influence leadership at all levels.
• Oversee maintenance acceptance of commissioning large-scale projects.
• Provide leadership to facilities maintenance and operations teams.
• Contribute to design reviews for equipment standardization and procurement.
