Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong refining and oil & gas background to drive business development while delivering high-quality engineering and project management services.

The role focuses on managing commercial contracts, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and maintaining client relationships to secure repeat business across projects from FEED through construction, in the United States.

Qualifications

• Ten years of project management experience in refining and oil & gas industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EPC projects, FEED, and turnarounds.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage promotional projects minimizing costs while estimating Professional Services man-hours.
• Manage commercial contracts on multiple projects and ensure timely invoicing and change management.
• Control project budget, schedule, and quality using project controls tools.
• Lead major technical, cost, scheduling and performance decisions.
• Develop scope with client teams and align schedule and budget with stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within refining and oil & gas sectors.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Lead projects from concept through FEED, detailed design, construction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety and standards compliance.
