Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. seeks an experienced engineer to provide project management and E&I technical services for refinery operations. You will oversee small capital/expense projects, manage multiple assignments, and ensure safety, cost effectiveness, and regulatory compliance across the project life cycle.

Ideal candidates hold a ABET-accredited B.S. in Electrical Engineering, PE and PMP are preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineering and PMP registration preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management across engineering from concept to closeout.
• Manage multiple projects safely and cost-effectively.
• Ensure MOC, PSI, and mechanical integrity documentation compliance.
• Coordinate with external consultants and in-house designers.
