Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of process engineering or operations experience at a refinery or chemical plant.
• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with operations of refineries or chemical plants.
• Confidently lead a team.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
• Be comfortable meeting with client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage chemical programs to maximize safety, reliability, and profitability.
• Conduct routine service visits and lab/field testing.
• Develop relationships with clients’ maintenance and operations teams.
• Host quarterly business-review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Evaluate safety performance of direct reports regularly.
