Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking a Red Team Operational Vulnerability Assessor (OVA) to join an NSA-certified DoW Red Team based in Quantico, VA. The role focuses on OT security assessments, ICS/IoT/FRCS environments, and adversary emulation.

The team conducts no-notice and cooperative exercises, develops exploits, and provides remediation guidance to clients, with travel up to 25% and remote work some periods. Salary range is $150,000–$165,000 annually.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI eligibility.
• 5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• DoD 8570 certifications required (IAT Level III and CSSP Auditor).
• DoD 8140 DCWF 541 VA certification required.
• Understanding of Windows and Linux, AD, networking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct Operational Vulnerability Assessments (OVA) of OT security.
• Emulate threat actors, identify vulnerabilities, and improve detection/response.
• Plan OT/IT vulnerability assessments, red-team operations, and APT testing.
• Produce detailed technical findings and remediation recommendations.
