Sentar seeks a Red Team Operator to join a DoW-certified team based near Quantico, VA. The role emphasizes planning and executing Operational Vulnerability Assessments across OT/IT systems with adversary emulation, APT testing, and OFA support.

Applicants should have 5+ years in cybersecurity and DoD certifications. Travel is substantial (≈25%), with both onsite and remote work options depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience (e.g., Red Team, pentesting, vulnerability research).
• DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification: SecurityX/CASP+, CISSP, CCNP Security, CISA, GCED, GCIH, CCSP.
• DoD 8570 CSSP Auditor: CySA+, CEH, CISA, GSNA, CFR, PenTest.
• DoD 8140 DCWF 541 Vulnerability Analyst: CySA+, CASP+, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CFR, GPEN, GSNA.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct Operational Vulnerability Assessments (OVA) of OT/IT during missions.
• Support other Red Team roles: OT/IT VA, adversary emulation, APT testing, OFA training.
• Plan and execute no-notice and cooperative Red Team ops across enterprise, app, and cloud environments.
• Identify and exploit network, host, and application vulnerabilities; develop PoC exploits.
• Produce detailed findings and remediation recommendations; collaborate with defenses.
• Evolve TTPs, document procedures, and contribute to course materials; support CSSP accreditation.
• Travel up to 25%; onsite at Quantico or remote as mission requires.
