Job summary

Armadin is seeking an OT Red Team Operator to conduct adversary-focused offensive assessments in sensitive OT/ICS environments across the United States. You will analyze complex control systems, chain weaknesses, and craft custom tooling to emulate realistic attacker behavior while maintaining strict safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include producing clear risk-based reports and presenting actionable findings to technical teams and executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in offensive security with a focus on OT/ICS/SCADA/Embedded Systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with OT stakeholders and plant management.
• Understanding of modern attack techniques and AD-based lateral movement.
• Proficiency with industrial networking protocols and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct adversary-focused offensive operations in OT/ICS/critical infrastructure.
• Analyze environments, identify attack paths, and chain weaknesses.
• Develop and tailor tooling to emulate realistic attacker behavior.
• Produce actionable reports and present findings to technical and executive audiences.
