U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Red Team Operator to lead advanced offensive security operations, emulations, and adversarial simulations across enterprise systems, cloud environments, and physical security controls.

You will mentor junior operators, partner with security stakeholders, and drive innovations in detection, response, and risk management. This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years experience in information security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute advanced threat emulation and adversarial simulations.
• Conduct offensive security assessments across enterprise networks, apps, cloud, and physical security controls.
• Develop custom tools, payloads, exploits, and automation for Red Team operations.
• Research threats and attacker methodologies to enhance team capabilities.
• Design multi-stage attack scenarios to test security controls and incident response.
