Job summary

Armadin is seeking a Senior Red Team Operator to lead autonomous offensive testing, break down complex kill chains, and push attacker tradecraft with AI-assisted tooling. You will collaborate with security researchers and engineers to simulate nation-state-caliber adversaries inside client environments, writing up findings and guiding remediation.

Remote in the United States, you’ll own engagements from foothold to impact, and build extensions to Armadin’s platform while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Hands-on offensive security experience beyond OWASP Top 10.
• Experience exploiting web apps, APIs, and client-side logic.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable exploitation evidence.
• Strong understanding of attack surfaces across web, mobile, desktop and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Run full kill chains against applications and services, mimicking real adversaries.
• Prove exploitability with clear evidence and separate real risk from noise.
• Map blast radius from foothold to data access.
• Read and review code across languages to find control-flow flaws and insecure design.
• Use static/dynamic analysis, reverse engineering, and API testing to understand systems.
• Train the threat intelligence swarm to operate at machine speed.
• Break the swarm’s attack paths and provide safe, human-in-the-loop decisions.
• Develop scripts, tools, and plugins to extend offensive capabilities.
• Deliver attack narratives and remediation guidance to engineers and counsel.
