Job summary

Armadin is seeking a Senior Red Team Operator to lead hands-on offensive engagements. You will run autonomous attack simulations, exploit real-world weaknesses, and guide AI-powered agents at machine speed across diverse environments.

You will collaborate with AI engineers and operators, refining kill chains, proving exploitability, and delivering actionable reports to clients. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on application offense experience.
• Web app and API exploitation beyond OWASP Top 10.
• Proficiency across Linux, Windows, and macOS; scripting in Bash/Python.

Responsibilities

• Run full kill chains and attack paths across web/mobile/API apps.
• Prove exploitability with clear evidence; distinguish risk from noise.
• Map blast radius from initial foothold to identity, cloud, and data access.
• Read code for control-flow flaws and insecure design; use AI-assisted analysis.
• Break down applications with static/dynamic analysis and runtime tooling.
• Train the AI swarm by translating tradecraft into reusable techniques and data.
• Deliver attack narratives to engineers, executives, and counsel; debriefings.
