Job summary

Armadin is seeking an Associate Red Team Analyst to join our AI-driven security team. You will combine offensive information security with AI workflow knowledge to assess and validate complex web applications and authentication paths.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, safety judgments, and rapid data interpretation to help improve AI models and security guarantees. Remote work from Mexico is supported with opportunities to engage across client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with web app or network penetration testing contexts.
• Background in security operations or tactical monitoring environments.
• Familiarity with complex authentication flows, APIs, or session management.
• Ability to evaluate automated security tools and vulnerability scanners.

Responsibilities

• Review AI attacker decisions for safety and appropriateness in context.
• Unblock AI authentication hurdles and provide necessary context to enable access.
• Guide AI during reconnaissance and ensure data classification is accurate.
• Feed tactical decisions back to safety engineers to calibrate models and reduce false positives.
• Maintain context across multiple concurrent client engagements.
