Job summary

Armadin is seeking an Operational Technology Red Team Operator to conduct adversary-focused engagements in OT/ICS and converged environments where safety and uptime matter most. You will simulate real attacks across IT and OT, document complex kill chains, and help mature defensive AI models with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on offensive security experience focused on OT/ICS/SCADA environments.
• Experience with manual and semi-automated testing across IT/OT domains.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, EtherNet/IP, Profinet, OPC UA).
• Experience with Active Directory attacks and covert channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute cyber-physical and converged penetration tests across OT environments.
• Perform post-exploitation, lateral movement, and privilege escalation.
• Develop tooling and scripts to manipulate proprietary protocols and defensive controls.
• Produce technical reports and communicate findings to engineering and leadership.
