Job summary

Armadin is building autonomous proactive security with AI-driven red teams. We seek an Associate Red Team Analyst who blends offensive security with AI workflows to assess web apps, authentication, and networks, while learning advanced AI safety constraints.

This role is remote in Mexico and involves reviewing AI attacker decisions, solving CAPTCHA challenges, and guiding AI during reconnaissance to protect client systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in at least one of: Web app or network pentesting; SOC or tactical monitoring environments; manual interaction with complex authentication flows, APIs, or session management; evaluating automated security tools and vulnerability scanners.

Responsibilities

• Perform disengagement validation by reviewing AI attacker decisions for safety and context.
• Unblock AI authentication hurdles by providing necessary context or solving CAPTCHA challenges.
• Guide AI during reconnaissance and ensure accurate data classification for attacks.
• Contribute feedback to safety engineers to calibrate models and reduce false positives.
• Navigate multiple client engagements with strong attention to safety and context.
