Job summary

IOActive seeks a Senior Red Team Specialist to lead covert operations, adversarial emulation, and post-exploitation testing for global clients. You’ll work remotely or on-site, collaborating with elite teams to breach defenses and craft actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading covert red team operations and adversarial emulation.
• Penetration testing across Network, Web, Wireless, Physical, Social engineering.
• Proficiency with C2 and post-exploitation frameworks (Cobalt Strike, Empire, Metasploit, Throwback).
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time, nationally and globally.

Responsibilities

• Work on Red and Purple Team Campaigns for IOActive clients, remote or on-site.
• Perform adversarial emulation, assumed breach, post-exploitation, social engineering, physical testing.
• Manage project tasks and deadlines across multiple time zones.
• Develop custom tools to assist project goals.
• Explain vulnerabilities and risks to technical and non-technical client staff.
• Produce comprehensive technical reports with actionable recommendations.
• Participate in client calls and business development activities.
• Lead technical customer presentations and mentorship for the team.
• Contribute to security industry through presentations and research.
