Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Red Team Engineer to challenge models and analyses across space, missiles, air, and autonomy programs. You’ll design, build, and test adversarial analyses that influence design decisions with hands-on engineering insight.

You will embed with Systems, GNC, Software, and Hardware teams, reconstructing analyses to expose gaps while communicating results to leadership. A TS clearance and broad domain proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Hands-on design and analysis of real engineering systems.
• Proven ability to identify problems others miss.
• Ability to own and deliver with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in physics-math scripting (MATLAB/Simulink/Python+numpy/scipy).
• Background in Aerospace, Dynamics & Controls, GNC, or related.
• Excellent communication and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute red-team designs, models, and analyses across programs to hunt failure modes and surface assumptions.
• Develop models/simulations to prove or break claims; build analysis tooling.
• Reconstruct and independently verify others' work and find hidden errors.
• Collaborate across Systems, GNC, Software, Hardware, Mission Ops, and Test teams; translate findings into actionable guidance.
• Bring hands-on systems-building experience to catch problems in analysis, not in flight.
• Present complex results clearly to engineers, leadership, and stakeholders.
