Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Red Team Analyst to identify and manage security risks across applications, APIs, cloud environments, and products. The role leverages offensive security techniques to strengthen security posture and support secure development lifecycle.

The candidate will perform AI-assisted security analysis, build tooling, and provide remediation guidance, while ensuring health of corporate environments per ISO 27001 and PCI DSS requirements. Remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security, offensive security or related fields.
• B1 English level for conversation.
• 3+ years in offensive security, pentesting or vulnerability assessment.
• Experience collaborating with development and cybersecurity squads.
• Basic understanding of application security risks across APIs and microservices.
