Senior Recruitment Consultant - New Business Development Focus

Onsite in Phoenix, AZ (office located near Biltmore District)

Base salary + strong uncapped commission incentives + bonuses + benefits

Harnham’s Phoenix office is on an exciting growth trajectory with some strong months already so far in 2025, and we’re searching for top-tier recruiters to help us build out our permanent recruitment team. If you’re a seasoned recruiter with a track record of running a full desk, excelling in new business development, and growing a strong book of business then this is your chance to take your career to the next level.

No prior experience in Data & AI recruitment? No problem. We’ll provide you with everything you need to succeed in this space. All we ask is that you bring a relentless work ethic, a team-first mentality, and the drive to hit the ground running.

The Job

• Establish yourself as a market expert in Data & AI recruitment, taking full ownership of your desk.
• Drive business development by engaging new and existing clients through cold calls, emails, lead generation, market research, client visits, and networking events.
• Proactively source top-tier talent through headhunting, referrals, database searches, and targeted outreach.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service and honest communication.
• Set the standard for excellence, embodying Harnham’s values and leadership principles.

About You

• A proven full-desk recruiter with experience in agency recruitment, skilled in bringing in new business and placing top talent.
• We're also open to those that want to focus more on business development instead of running a full desk
• Hungry for career progression with a clear path to growth based on performance.
• Experienced in, or eager to dive into, the Data & AI space
