What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing key client accounts, building strong relationships, and delivering top-tier candidates. You’ll lead recruitment efforts, drive new business, and mentor junior consultants, ensuring success at both the individual and team level. Your success will directly contribute to the growth of our Miami office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead recruitment initiatives for clients across Data, Cloud, ERP, and SAP sectors
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business and increase billings
3. Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates for clients
4. Manage full recruitment cycles from start to finish, ensuring quality placements and efficiency
5. Consistently exceed billing targets, contributing to team and office growth

What You’ll Bring:

1. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the IT sector (Data, Cloud, ERP, or SAP)
2. Strong billing history and the ability to consistently meet and exceed financial targets
3. Excellent client management and business development skills
4. Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
