Responsibilities:

1. Build and expand your network, connecting top talent with leading clients in Data, ERP, and CRM.
2. Proactively cold call prospective clients and candidates to generate new opportunities.
3. Secure and manage long-term client relationships.
4. Handle multiple full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
5. Negotiate, finalize, and coordinate job offers between candidates and clients.

Qualifications:

1. 12+ months experience as a 360/full-desk Contract Recruiter in Technology.
2. Proven success in building a Contract book.
3. Strong business development and account management skills.
