NSG - Real Estate & Construction (Noor Staffing Group) seeks an experienced Full-Desk Recruiter to drive placements across real estate, construction, property management, and finance.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build client relationships, and develop pipelines to deliver top talent quickly. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Houston two days per week and offers a strong earning potential through base plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience; real estate, construction, property management, or finance strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Motivated, collaborative, and adaptable — with a passion for hitting goals.
• Hybrid work: Houston office 2 days per week.
