Atlas NextWave is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Houston team, building a specialist desk in Data Centre and Critical Infrastructure and expanding our US footprint. This true 360 role blends BD, account management and candidate delivery.

You will develop client relationships, source senior talent, manage full lifecycle, and collaborate across Atlas NextWave’s global network.

Qualifications

• Strong 360 recruitment experience with BD capability.
• Experience recruiting within Data Centres, Critical Infrastructure, Mission Critical, MEP, EPC, Construction, Engineering, Power or related technical market.
• Commercial mindset and ability to develop new client relationships.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and hard-to-find talent.
• Drive to own a market and build something long term.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a specialist Data Centre and Critical Infrastructure recruitment desk.
• Develop relationships with developers, hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPCs, engineering consultancies, OEMs, utilities and specialist contractors.
• Identify new clients and commercial opportunities.
• Build specialist candidate networks across technical and leadership disciplines.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from market mapping and sourcing through to negotiation and placement.
• Develop your reputation as a trusted specialist within the market.
• Collaborate with Atlas NextWave colleagues and clients across our international network.

Atlas NextWave is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Houston team and help grow our presence across the rapidly expanding Data Centre and Critical Infrastructure market.

This is an opportunity for an established recruiter who enjoys building a specialist market — developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and creating strong networks of technical talent.

You’ll have the backing of an international recruitment business with established expertise across complex technical and energy markets, alongside the autonomy to develop your own desk and make a genuine impact on our US growth.

The role

This is a true 360 recruitment position, combining business development, account management and candidate delivery.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience recruiting within Data Centres, Critical Infrastructure, Mission Critical, MEP, EPC, Construction, Engineering, Power or a related technical market.
• A strong commercial mindset and confidence developing new client relationships.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and hard-to-find technical talent.
• The drive to take ownership of a market and build something for the long term.

Existing Data Centre experience would be highly valuable, but we’re equally interested in successful recruiters from adjacent infrastructure markets with the network and commercial ability to transition into the sector.
