Everforth ECS in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead a high-performing recruiting team and deliver proactive, data-informed talent strategies aligned with organizational priorities and growth.

The role partners with business leadership, hiring managers, Human Capital, and Resource Management to anticipate workforce needs, strengthen pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Competenze

• Proven experience recruiting for government programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executives, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Experience developing recruiters and driving process improvements in GovCon environments.
• Knowledge of government contracting recruiting lifecycle, including security-clearance requirements.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top GovCon talent.
• Partner with leadership and HR to identify hiring demand and workforce needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop a recruiters team and set expectations.
• Maintain ATS data quality and recruiter workflow transparency.
• Oversee sourcing across job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Serve as escalation point for challenges in hard-to-fill roles and pipeline gaps.
• Provide regular reports and insights on hiring outcomes and workforce trends.
