Job summary

Everforth ECS in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and Top Secret–cleared government programs. You will develop partnerships with hiring managers and program leadership to align staffing priorities and qualifications.

The role also supports capture and proposal efforts, maintains data in ADP ATS, coordinates onboarding with HR and Security, and analyzes recruiting metrics to drive improvements while complying with OFCCP/EEO and ECS policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical and cleared government contracts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search, job boards, social media, networks, and local outreach.
• Experience recruiting and pipeline-building for Top Secret–cleared candidates, with understanding of clearance processes, adjudication timelines, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP preferred; Workday or Salesforce acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared roles across multiple programs.
• Develop and manage partnerships with hiring managers and program leadership to align staffing priorities and qualifications.
• Support capture and proposal efforts by building pipelines and identifying personnel aligned to solicitation requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, requisition details, and vendor activity within the ADP Applicant Tracking System.
• Coordinate pre-employment processing, onboarding logistics, and compliance actions with HR, Security, and Operations.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics and trends, recommending process improvements.
• Ensure all recruiting activity adheres to OFCCP, EEO, and ECS policy requirements.
