Job summary

ECS Federal LLC in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared government programs in our Fairfax office. The role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and experience with ADP or similar ATS.

You will partner with hiring managers, support proposals, and ensure OFCCP/EEO compliance. You will develop pipelines for Top Secret–cleared talent, coordinate onboarding, and maintain accurate requisition data in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical and cleared government contracts.
• Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search, job boards, social media, networks, and local outreach.
• Experience recruiting Top Secret–cleared candidates, with understanding of clearance processes, adjudication timelines, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP preferred; Workday or Salesforce acceptable).
