This role partners with business leadership and HR to anticipate workforce needs, improve recruiting operations, and ensure an excellent candidate and hiring-manager experience, including strong governance of government-contracting programs and security-clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience recruiting for government programs.
• GovCon environment knowledge and lifecycle, including security clearances.
• Experience developing recruiters and improving recruiting processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executives and hiring managers.
• Experience using ATS, recruiting platforms, sourcing tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and fair hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting team and define strategy to meet workforce goals.
• Partner with leadership, HR, and Resource Management to forecast demand and priorities.
• Coach recruiters and drive accountability and growth.
• Ensure accurate data in the ATS and governance of workflows.
• Oversee sourcing channels and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on hiring outcomes and trends.
