Job summary

Citi in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Senior Recruiting Lead on a 12-month contract with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week). You will drive full-cycle recruitment for Wealth Management, engaging senior stakeholders and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

You will build proactive sourcing strategies on LinkedIn and professional networks, act as a strategic advisor on market conditions, and negotiate offers including complex compensation packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6–10 years in talent acquisition within financial services.
• Direct sourcing via LinkedIn and social platforms to engage passive candidates.
• Consultative recruiting advising senior stakeholders on hiring strategy.
• Experience structuring competitive offers including base, bonus, relocation.
• Leadership and ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with a track record of managing full-cycle recruitment in a large, complex financial services organization.
• Skilled in direct sourcing techniques, including the use of LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Experience operating within a consultative recruiting model, advising senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and candidate evaluation.
• Working knowledge of complex compensation structures, including base, bonus, and relocation packages, with the ability to structure and negotiate competitive offers.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Clear and effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels of an organization.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
• Front office financial services recruiting experience, particularly within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or related business lines.
• Familiarity with diversity recruiting programs and participation in external talent community events.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for the Wealth Management organization, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to deliver a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Build and execute proactive direct sourcing strategies across social media channels, professional networks, and referral pipelines to identify high-caliber candidates for front office and financial services roles.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, candidate assessments, and guidance on competitive hiring approaches.
• Recommend and negotiate candidate offers, developing well-reasoned rationale for offer terms including complex compensation structures and relocation packages.
• Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, delivering timely updates and structured feedback.
• Research competitor hiring activity and peer organizations to keep Citi's talent acquisition approach informed by current market trends.
• Ensure all recruitment activity adheres to Citi's hiring policies, compliance standards, and best practice guidelines, escalating any risk or control concerns with transparency.
