Ascentec Engineering, LLC in Tualatin, Oregon seeks a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, and quality roles on-site. The role partners with operations leaders to translate workforce needs into effective hiring strategies and build a robust talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing recruiting, strong sourcing and assessment skills, and the ability to balance immediate staffing with long-range workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Proven success recruiting skilled trades and hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Ability to assess technical requirements against hiring needs.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms; Paylocity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and priorities.
• Recruit CNC machinists, engineers, quality inspectors, and lead roles.
• Develop pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen for technical qualifications and quality alignment.
