• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, specialized engineering and technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies and targeted outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit; guide through interview process.
• Coordinate onsite interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain strong pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
• Leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and strategies.
• Represent the company mission to candidates and act as a compelling ambassador.
