Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Infosecurity, Compliance, Risk, and Data Governance professionals who will help Mercury scale. You will partner with leaders across these functions to define roles, craft interview processes, and build targeted pipelines that bring in top talent.

You’ll use sourcing tools and market insights to guide decisions, champion inclusive hiring, and advise hiring leaders with empathy and ownership as Mercury grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of overall experience in a talent, people, or HR-equivalent function.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and analytical roles across Risk, Compliance, Data Governance, and Information Security.
• Develop understanding of Mercury’s products, business model, and regulatory environment to align hiring priorities with business needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success and design interview processes for niche roles.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies for data science, analytics, security, engineering, and financial services.
• Use talent mapping, market insights, and recruiting data to inform decisions and calibrate expectations.
• Build relationships with candidates and communicate Mercury’s value proposition.
