United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across the U.S., partnering with leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent nationwide. You will shape workforce planning, sourcing strategy, candidate experience, and onboarding while advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

This role partners with People & Culture and leadership to improve recruiting programs, reporting, and technology, maintaining the Team USA employer brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, including professional, technical, specialized, and leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor.
• Experience developing proactive sourcing strategies and passive candidate pipelines.
• Experience utilizing recruiting analytics and labor market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
• Experience leading diversity recruiting initiatives and building partnerships with talent communities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary talent advisor to hiring managers, guiding workforce planning, sourcing, assessments, offers, and onboarding.
• Proactively build talent pipelines to reduce time-to-fill for critical roles.
• Provide data-driven market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruiting strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, leadership, and specialized positions.
• Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies across direct sourcing, social recruiting, referrals, and partnerships.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-employment processes with focus on candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and optimize workflows with People Systems teams.
• Foster inclusive recruiting practices and reduce bias throughout the process.
