CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. You will lead full lifecycle recruiting, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to prioritize staffing needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of experience, strong MS Office and ATS skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across a hybrid US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process across multiple teams.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and plan workforce loading.
• Communicates with candidates and interview teams; manages offers and feedback.
• Maintains ATS records and ensures regulatory compliance in staffing.
• Performs other duties as required.
