CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team supporting the North America Unit. You will lead full lifecycle recruiting, build a diverse talent network, and partner with hiring managers to plan workforce needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process, sourcing, developing and maintaining pipelines for technical talent.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Prescreens candidates, coordinates interviews, and extends offers within policy.
• Maintains accurate ATS records and generates recruitment metrics for managers.
