The role focuses on developing and executing sourcing strategies for high-priority roles, while building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community to promote the firm’s brand across markets.

The ideal candidate will lead the full lifecycle recruiting process, manage pipelines, and ensure timely feedback and offers, leveraging ATS and modern sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools preferred.
• Ability to lead full lifecycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process, building pipelines and networks for high-priority roles using various sourcing channels.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
• Prescreens candidates, coordinates interviews, and communicates timely feedback and offers within policy.
• Maintains accurate documentation and reporting in the Applicant Tracking System and other systems.
