TRUMPF North America is seeking a seasoned recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for specialist to mid-senior level roles in Farmington, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or technology.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems, preferably Workday Recruiting.
• Demonstrated experience with compliance and regulatory reporting.

• Manage Workday Recruiting processes in collaboration with the global team.
