Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to support G&A, Tech, and Sales organization hiring. You will manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to offer and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

You will partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, leveraging passive sourcing and direct recruiting strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years recruiting experience in agency or in-house.
• Proven track record sourcing passive candidates from competitors.
• Familiarity with technology markets.
• Ability to articulate Salesforce value proposition to candidates.
• Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and executives.
• Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques.
• Flawlessly meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and hire Salesforce professionals across a wide range of roles within our Go-to-market, technology, and customer success groups.
• Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate on recruiting programs and strategies to fill openings and build a healthy candidate pipeline.
• Build solid relationships with sales leadership teams and act as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
• Network proactively and engage passive candidates across various markets.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and other departments to drive the onboarding process.
