Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a senior full-cycle recruiter to run searches across Revenue, GTM (Pre/Post Sales) and Biz/Ops roles. You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape hiring plans, run efficient processes, and deliver vetted pipelines on tight timelines.

You will own full-cycle hiring for GTM and Biz/Ops, with flexibility to cover Finance, Legal, People Ops, IT, Procurement, and Executive Support. Strong intake, calibration, and data-driven decisions are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including GTM and Business & Operations roles in high-growth tech or adjacent industries.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for GTM and Biz/Ops roles including intake, calibration, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer strategy and closing.
• Flex to support G&A requisitions; build pipelines and run structured processes for Finance, Legal, People Ops, IT, Procurement, and Executive Support.
• Advise hiring managers on scoping, leveling, compensation bands, interview design and decision quality while maintaining fair, data-driven processes.
