CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Business Recruiting to scale our Business Operations, GTM, and G&A hiring. You will lead a high-performing team, partner with senior business leaders, and drive strategic recruiting initiatives that align with company growth and governance.

You will own full-cycle recruitment for executive and senior roles, champion an exceptional candidate experience, and leverage analytics to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire across diverse functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Operations recruiting, including Revenue, GTM and G&A functions.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing 25+ recruiters.
• Proven track record hiring for senior and executive roles in fast-growing tech.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve hiring strategy across Business Operations, GTM and G&A functions.
• Forecast and align hiring with revenue, sales, marketing, finance, and legal leadership.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, director and executive roles.
• Drive a world-class candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR, People Ops, Finance and Legal to ensure compliant hiring.
• Build data-driven processes to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.
