Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Senior Recruiter (G&A) in New York, NY to lead full-cycle searches across corporate functions.

You will own scoping through offers, build strong pipelines, and partner with leaders to define hiring strategies. Expertise in Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and People functions, plus experience with AI-enabled workflows, ATS, and closing complex hires is required. Onsite in NYC with competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with G&A or corporate searches.
• Experience recruiting for functions such as Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, People, or Recruiting.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex or senior-level searches from scoping through accepted offer.
• Strong market insight and data-driven hiring decisions.

Ramp is hiring a Senior Recruiter (G&A) to lead critical full-cycle searches across core business functions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Recruiting, Risk, and other G&A functions, from intake and market mapping through offer and close
• Build deep working fluency in the functions you support to identify signals that indicate exceptional talent beyond title, company, and tenure
• Partner with hiring leaders to define the hiring thesis, calibrate the bar, and convert ambiguous hiring needs into clear search strategies and interview plans
• Create proactive pipelines using market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and thoughtful engagement with passive candidates
• Advise leaders with market intelligence, recruiting data, and candidate feedback to challenge assumptions and improve hiring outcomes
• Run disciplined, high-velocity recruiting processes while delivering a strong candidate experience and leading closing strategies for competitive hires

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant ownership of G&A, corporate, or specialized business-function searches
• Experience recruiting for functions such as Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, People, or Recruiting
• Proven ability to independently lead complex or senior-level searches from scoping through accepted offer
• Strong talent judgment and research instincts, including the ability to map a market, identify meaningful signals, and explain why candidates will succeed at Ramp
• Credibility to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions using clear communication, market insight, and data
• Strong execution and closing capability, including comfort with AI-enabled recruiting workflows, ATS usage, funnel discipline, managing competing offers, and handling sensitive searches

• Experience improving interview architecture, scorecards, market maps, or recruiting processes where structure was limited or still being built
• Experience developing AI-enabled recruiting workflows that were adopted beyond your own individual searches

Location and Compensation

• Location: New York, NY (onsite)
• Compensation range: USD 165,000 - 220,000 per yearly
