Job summary

Ramp is expanding its Sales Development organization in San Francisco, seeking an Associate GTM Recruiter to shape the SDR recruiting pipeline end to end in partnership with hiring managers. This onsite role leverages Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Claude to keep outreach, scheduling, and evaluation consistent and efficient.

You will own pipeline hygiene, coordinate interviews with managers and panelists, and ensure a strong candidate experience even during high volume.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a candidate-facing role.
• SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated record of overachieving against a goal or quota.
• Strong multitasking skills with many candidates and stakeholders.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to read the room.
• Ability to handle sensitive compensation and candidate information.
• Strong organization and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong written communication.
• Low ego and high curiosity, with comfort learning the craft.
• Genuine interest in using AI as part of the daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline hygiene in Ashby, moving candidates through stages, maintaining clean data, and flagging when candidates are stuck.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, panelists, and candidates.
• Deliver clear, timely candidate communication and maintain a consistently strong candidate experience, including during high volume.
• Keep scorecards and business case materials updated and applied consistently so hiring managers test candidates in the same way.
• Identify and surface process friction early rather than waiting for someone else to notice.
• Use AI daily to draft outreach, summarize notes, and speed up research.
• Support sourcing and screening using LinkedIn Recruiter, Claude, and internal data.

Ramp is growing its Sales Development organization and building out the SDR hiring engine. As an Associate GTM Recruiter, you will help shape the SDR recruiting pipeline end to end, partnering with hiring managers to ensure candidates move smoothly through each stage.

This onsite role is based in San Francisco, CA, and you will work with a recruiting stack that includes Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools such as Claude to keep outreach, scheduling, and evaluation consistent and efficient.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is USD 96,000 - 125,000 per year.
