General Mills is seeking a Manager, Leadership Recruiting & Strategic Search to identify and hire predominantly Director-level talent across the organization. This role combines executive search expertise, strategic talent advisory, and hands-on recruiting leadership to build exceptional leadership teams.

The Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and HR leaders, manage the full recruiting lifecycle, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience in confidential searches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience recruiting Director-level or senior leadership talent.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for predominantly Director-level roles and new leadership capabilities.
• Develop tailored search strategies for complex, confidential leadership positions.
• Advise leaders on talent markets, compensation considerations, and recruiting implications.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Global Talent Org teams to align external hiring with organizational priorities.
• Drive high-quality assessment and selection with structured evaluation and equity.
