Job summary

Ersilia, an early-stage AI recruiting startup, seeks a hands-on operator to join the founding team across strategy, operations, growth, and product. You will own high-impact initiatives and help connect candidates with startup opportunities.

You’ll switch between operations, strategy, recruiting, and special projects as priorities evolve, driving projects independently and shaping the company’s early trajectory in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience as a Founder Associate, Chief of Staff, or comparable startup operator.
• Comfort with ambiguous work and the ability to drive projects independently across different functions.
• Strong judgment, clear communication, and an interest in building within an early-stage AI and recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead founder-priority projects from planning through execution, including new market initiatives.
• Improve the candidate experience, funnel conversion, and hiring outcomes.
• Build and refine scalable operational processes and systems.
• Support go-to-market work through messaging, experiments, and partnerships.
• Turn feedback from candidates and hiring companies into actionable product priorities.
• Switch independently between operations, strategy, recruiting, and special projects as priorities evolve.
