Job summary

DeWolff, Boberg & Associates is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the Corporate team in our Dallas-area office near the Galleria. This full-time role reports to the HR team and supports ongoing internal recruiting needs.

You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage applicant flow while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and company policies. We offer a base pay and interview/hire bonuses with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing full-cycle recruitment from posting to hire.
• Ability to source candidates in competitive markets and industries.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate status with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job postings across internal, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
• Source, screen, and coordinate all hiring manager interviews.
• Develop creative sourcing methods to expand visibility and network.
• Guide applicants through each interview stage and update managers.
