Job summary

C.A.Murren is seeking a Tenacious Talent Hunter - Senior Recruiter to lead full cycle recruiting for senior leadership roles in the United States. You will partner with hiring leaders, source top executives, and guide candidates through interviews and offers with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, strong English communication, and a consultative mindset.

Spanish/English bilingual is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license, be a U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for senior-level roles.
• Experience recruiting Directors, Executives, and other leadership positions.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for senior-level leadership and hard-to-fill roles.
• Proactively source candidates using advanced search strategies to build executive pipelines.
• Conduct in-depth resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews focused on experience, leadership, and culture.
• Own and manage the entire candidate experience with professionalism and discretion.
• Partner with leadership to develop and refine job descriptions, role requirements, and search strategies.
• Conduct detailed reference checks for leadership candidates.
• Create, manage, and extend offer letters, including negotiation support.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes with executives and senior leaders.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and regulations.
• Stay current on recruiting trends, market conditions, and best practices for executive hiring.
• Demonstrate experience using ATS/HRIS/HRMS systems.
• Utilize multiple interview and selection methods for leadership roles.
• Manage approximately 10 active requisitions with quality and speed.
