You will build strong pipelines, conduct in-depth interviews, and own the candidate experience with discretion. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience in senior-level recruitment, strong leadership assessment, and familiarity with the construction industry.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full cycle recruiting for high‑level roles.
• Experience recruiting Directors, Executives, and Division leaders.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for senior leadership roles.
• Source candidates using advanced search to build pipelines for executive positions.
• Conduct in‑depth resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews focused on experience and cultural fit.
• Own candidate experience with professionalism and discretion.
• Partner with leadership to refine job descriptions and search strategies.
• Conduct reference checks for leadership candidates.
• Create and manage offer letters, including negotiation support.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes with executives.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and market conditions.
• Demonstrate experience using ATS/HRIS systems.
• Manage approximately 10 active requisitions.
