Kaizen is scaling fast in the government sector and seeks a senior recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for federal sales, GTM, and G&A roles. You will craft relationship-based sourcing, deliver a white-glove candidate experience, and leverage AI as core infrastructure while partnering with hiring managers to define search criteria.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for GTM, sales, or G&A with federal/public sector exposure.
• Relationship-first sourcing style with proactive outreach.
• Fluency with AI tools in day-to-day recruiting workflows.
• Ability to operate with minimal process and build your own structure.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for federal sales, GTM, and G&A roles.
• Build and run sourcing strategies based on relationships, not just inbound traffic.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Use AI tools as core sourcing/ screening infrastructure.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into precise searches.
• Build pipelines for scarce or specialized talent, especially in federal/public sector sales.
• Represent Kaizen’s mission to candidates and explain why government tech is compelling.
