You will own the end-to-end recruiting process for technical and GTM roles, innovating using AI tools and creative search strategies to attract top talent. Join Kaizen to help recruit mission-driven professionals who build systems used by millions of Americans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience in-house or at an agency.
• Outbound sourcing instincts to find passive candidates.
• Hands-on AI tooling experience with workflows or agents.
• Judgment to back reads with evidence and data.
• High EQ to earn trust with candidates and managers.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates for varied technical roles and map markets.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from outreach to offer and onboarding.
• Contribute to GTM searches when needed for sales, marketing, or partnerships roles.
• Develop AI tooling to surface candidates and map markets.
• Craft outreach messages that yield responses from target candidates.
• Own candidate through close with support from senior leadership.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to scope roles and design interview loops.
