You will build pipelines, lead high-quality interviews, and leverage data to optimize funnel health while aligning with our mission at the intersection of autonomy and national security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience for engineering roles
• Strong candidate sourcing capabilities required
• Excellent business partnering and data-driven influence with stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple complex searches in a fast-growth environment
• High ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to design and execute hiring strategies for the defense business unit
• Recruit engineers and other technical talent across cleared and non-cleared pools
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to understand hiring needs and clearance requirements
• Lead structured interview processes to assess technical excellence and fit with values
• Build pipelines into defense-adjacent talent communities
• Provide data-driven insights on funnel health, time-to-fill, and pass-through rates
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and represent the company mission
