• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting for engineering talent.
• Extremely strong candidate sourcing capabilities are required.
• Strong business partnership skills with data-driven influence.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced environment.
• High ownership mindset with autonomous work style.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Join defense segment recruiting team and design hiring strategies for engineers and technical roles.
• Partner with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and clearance requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and productivity.
• Lead structured interview processes to assess technical excellence and alignment with defense mission.
• Build and maintain pipelines into defense-adjacent talent communities.
• Provide data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill.
