Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Recruiter, Corporate & Strategic Sourcing to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate offices and to provide focused sourcing for hard-to-fill community roles. You will build relationships with hiring leaders, manage searches end-to-end, and proactively attract top talent across functions.

The role requires 7+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience across corporate roles
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing
• Strong ability to reach passive candidates
• Excellent communication with hiring leaders and candidates
• Independent, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience leveraging AI in sourcing/recruiting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate recruiting for Benchmark's corporate office across functions
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate the hiring process from start to finish
• Provide market feedback on candidate availability and pay expectations
• Build targeted candidate lists and pipelines for recurring needs
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and leaders to create focused recruiting plans
